Order Tracking

When we ships the order, a tracking No. will be provided. You can track your order on carrier company website.
You can also do so following the steps:

• 1. Log on to My Dunks-store.com
• 2. Click "track Orders" button in the navigation on the right side.
• 3. Click the order number which you want to track on.
• 4. After you have been directed to an "Order Detail" page, click "tracking" button on the top menu.  Then you can find the tracking NO.
• 5. Go to courier's website and input your tracking NO.

Please keep in mind it may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by Carrier Company. If 3 days later, you can not get the tracking information of your order, please contact us for more information.
